OverviewWe are looking for an Account Opening Operations Lead to own the operational stability and continuous improvement of digital onboarding platforms supporting multiple banking products.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the operational stability of account opening and digital onboarding applicationsManage, prioritise and resolve incidents and operational backlogPerform root cause analysis and drive long‐term fixesCoordinate bug fixes and enhancements with development teamsAct as the main point of contact between business and IT stakeholdersLead and support a small operations teamIntroduce and maintain structured processes and documentationEnsure transparency and reporting via Jira and Confluence
Must‐Have SkillsStrong experience in IT operations, application support or delivery environmentsFluent Italian speaker (C1 level or higher)Proven stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in complex systems landscapesHands‐on, proactive problem‐solving mindsetSolid understanding of system integrations, APIs (REST / SOAP) and Java‐based environments
