Provide on-site training services and technical support on system commissioning & pre-start work. Provide technical support upon request from commercial team to help the success of product sales. Perform technical sales activities and Interface directly with customers to answer questions and resolve issues. Perform feasibility studies on BESS project and present the analysis to customers. Market:Collect feedbacks on the typical application cases of Mars product to support case study and publicity planning. Perform product launching activities, and supports the exhibition, forum and other marketing activities. Collect customer and market feedback on Mars product, propose suggestions on product function and performance optimization, and provide input for product planning. Collect information such as market demand change, technical trend, competitor's product technical analysis, technical marketing activity planning and implementation plan. Perform Root Cause Analysis on system failures. Self-professional ability improvement, internal experience sharing, sales training, etc. Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, electronic technology, power system, automation or related science and engineering. Presales technical position or more than 1 year of pre-sales related experience in the field of Photovoltaic System, Electric System, Power Electronics. Basic knowledge of photovoltaic system and Energy storage system and design capability of product application; Strong verbal andwritten communication skills in English. Power System Analysis, Power system protection, Grid analysis) is preferred. Energy Storage working experience is preferred. Experience in product development and design and familiarity with relevant simulation software (such as PVsyst, Matlab, Digsilent or PSS/E) are preferred.
