PFor our client, a multinational company and global leader in consumer packaging, we are looking for a /ppbr/ppbSales Manager – Cartonboard, Italy Market /b. /ppbr/ppSales Manager develops and manages its customers’ portfolio, drives profitable sales growth of its territory in line with Regional and Cartonboard Market Expansion strategy. /ppThis position is critical to build and maintain relationships with customers by meeting with them regularly, to profile their needs and requirements, understand their business and deliver value-adding solutions, ensuring long term business relationships and excellent stakeholder Management. /ppbr/ppThe candidate, reporting to the Head of Regional Sales, will have the following responsibilities: /pulliAchieve sales targets and report on sales performance. /liliMaintain and expand customer base. /liliCollaborate with internal departments and team members to develop and execute sales strategies. /liliResolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. /liliPrepare and present proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential customers. /liliContribute to the Cartonboard Market Expansion Team, bringing insights from its specific territory. /liliProvide input for the rolling forecast on regular basis and ensure continuously high level of forecasting accuracy. /liliNegotiate and manage contracts, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and compliance. /liliClose collaboration with Customer Service Teams, almost daily interaction /liliAccount Management short term long term /liliUsing Sales tools to share and report on Sales progress /li /ulpbr/ppQualifications and competencies: /pulliBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales. /liliProven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results consistently. /liliStrong communication, interpersonal negotiation skills. /liliAbility to work under pressure and meet various deadlines. /liliProficient with CRM systems and sales tools. /liliWillingness to travel frequently within the territory. /liliIndustry and product knowledge would be beneficial. /liliCollaborative approach in a dynamic work environment. /liliSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. /liliStrong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. /liliCollaborative approach in a dynamic work environment. /liliEnglish and local market language proficiency required. /li /ulpbr/ppLocation: Italy (Home Office) /ppbr/ppSocietà di ricerca e selezione del personale accreditata presso Min.Lav.
