Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers. /ph3Job Purpose and Impact /h3pThe bKey Account Manager – Integrators /b will mainly focus on developing and expanding Cargill’s business with bintegrators /b and blarge poultry/swine producers /b in Italy. This role is bcommercially driven /b, requiring a strong capacity to develop profitable relationships, negotiate long‑term partnerships, and grow the badditives and specialties portfolio /b (enzymes, postbiotics, mycotoxin binders, phytogenic, and performance enhancers). /ppThe KAM will work closely with the Italian commercial organization and the EMEA teams to align strategies, secure execution, and strengthen our leadership in the monogastric market. /ppbLocation: /b Bologna area (preferred) or Northern/Central Italy /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliBuild and manage strategic customer relationships with major integrators, ensuring profitable growth and long‑term satisfaction. /liliIdentify and capture new business opportunities through prospection and expansion into new accounts, develop strategic account plans and lead commercial negotiations to achieve sales, margin, and share‑of‑wallet targets. /liliDeliver value‑based solutions that link product benefits to customer outcomes and performance. /liliCollaborate with the feed manufacturer KAM to ensure full market coverage and avoid overlap. /liliCoordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and technical support teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and customer satisfaction. /liliWork in alignment with all stakeholders to secure product availability and pricing. /liliParticipate in developing and implementing growth plans, ensuring internal communication and consistency across teams. /liliMonitor customer retention, competitor activities, and market trends and report on account performance and pipeline using CRM. /liliContribute to strategic discussions by providing insights from the field and feedback on market evolution. /liliProactively address customer concerns, ensuring high‑quality service and quick issue resolution. /liliAct as the main point of contact for integrators, ensuring reliable information flow between customers and internal teams. /liliOther duties as assigned. /li /ulullibTravel: /b up to 70% across Italy (with some nights out); occasional trips to France. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3h3Minimum Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, Agribusiness, or related field. /liliAt least 4 years B2B sales experience in similar roles (feed additives). /liliStrong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and proven ability to manage key accounts. /liliTechnical understanding of poultry and swine nutrition (monogastrics). /liliExcellent communication skills, ability to influence and build trust at multiple organizational levels. /liliFluent Italian and English (written and spoken). /liliWillingness to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally abroad. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Animal Science or Veterinary. /liliExperience in selling additives or nutritional solutions to integrators or feed manufacturers. /liliFamiliarity with matrix organizations and multi‑site coordination. /liliExperience working in international environments and with cross‑functional teams. /liliCompetence with CRM tools, Excel, and Power BI. /li /ulh3Our Offer /h3pWe provide a fast‑paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
