We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to drive execution across the marketing design function. In this role, you will manage workflows for designers, ensure clear scope definition, and align priorities with Product, and Development teams.
You will act as the central point of coordination, translating product requirements into clear, actionable briefs, managing timelines and dependencies, and ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly structured, and experienced in working with cross‑functional, globally distributed teams on AI‑driven software products or digital wallet solutions.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the end‑to‑end workflow for marketing design projects, from intake and scoping through delivery and launch
Define and document clear project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables for designers
Prioritize incoming requests in partnership with Product and Development teams, balancing urgency, impact, and capacity
Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks or blockers
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with business objectives
Cross‑Functional Alignment
Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product, and Development to ensure alignment on priorities and execution
Translate product and technical requirements into clear design and marketing briefs
Facilitate regular check‑ins, reviews, and feedback loops to keep stakeholders aligned
Digital & Website Execution
Oversee website launches and updates, including coordinating design, content, and development changes
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across digital touchpoints
Manage content updates across CMS, landing pages, and marketing platforms in collaboration with designers and developers
Operational Support & Process Improvement
Establish and refine processes, templates, and tools to improve efficiency and clarity within the marketing design workflow
Maintain documentation for project tracking, status reporting, and post‑launch reviews
Support campaign execution, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a similar role
Proven experience managing design workflows and coordinating cross‑functional xkiyazw teams
Demonstrated success leading website and digital product launches, including close collaboration with design and development teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience working in a fully remote environment with global teams
Background in tech, finance, or infrastructure‑related industries is a plus
Italian or Spanish fluency is a premio
