Posizione: - Develops and coordinates commercial strategies and sales activities (direct and indirect) in the geographical area of responsibility via select distributors - Promotes the CIFA brand on the market through coordinated activities with distributors, aimed at developing lasting partnerships - Ensures that CIFA develops an increasingly in-depth knowledge of the reference market, constantly seeking to understand the end customers - Guarantees, in line with the company strategy, the attainment of qualitative/quantitative goals assigned by the Management - It is considered a must the knowledge of the English and German languages spoken and written - Contributes to the definition of the area budget, schedules activities and is responsible for fulfilling it through the Sales Plan - Works with the Finance area to successfully carry out credit collection Manages operating activities with distributors and makes sure that the actions undertaken are aligned with the Sales Plan (PDCA), accompanying them on select visits to end customers - Defines development plans for key customers with the dealer, involving the PM for presentation, training and promotional activities - Works with the Order Management Department with regard to reminder activities and to guarantee the timely collection of the end product - Ensures that the dealer’s expertise, organisation and structure are aligned with the expressed requisites and proposes eventual improvements - Seeks and qualifies alternative sales and assistance dealers/networks to propose to HoA and gathers useful market information for developing their competitive position - In charge of arranging offers (product and pricing configuration) in accordance with the company management, involving, where necessary, the supporting company departments - Looks after the management and analysis of current offers, guarantees ongoing follow-up, periodically updates the commercial area/Head of Area on the main changes identified - Works with the PM to define necessary sales tools Requisiti: - At least 5 years of experience in export management - Ability to manage foreign partners as distributors and local agents - Coming from the same sector - Willingness to travel for at least 50% of working time in DACH countries - It is considered a must the knowledge of the English and German languages spoken and written Altre informazioni: What we offer you: - Training at 360 degrees with concrete activities - Opportunities for professional growth - Teamwork and supported by experienced colleagues - Worklife Balance and Flexibility
