Staleks is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure tools. Founded 29 years ago, today we are a market leader in Ukraine and successfully export our products to numerous countries across Europe and worldwide. 
We are now expanding and looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Italy, specifically in the Tuscany or Emilia-Romagna regions. 
Responsibilities 
- Develop and implement sales strategies within the assigned region. 
- Achieve sales targets and grow the client base. 
- Identify and onboard new clients and distributors. 
- Ensure timely payments and compliance with contractual obligations. 
- Conduct client meetings and negotiations. 
- Participate in professional exhibitions and trade shows. 
- Monitor the beauty market and visit retail locations to analyze brand presence and competition. 
Requirements 
- Residence in Tuscany or Emilia-Romagna. 
- Fluency in Italian (B2 level or higher). 
- Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian. 
- Proven experience in active sales (preferably B2B). 
- Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
- Confident use of MS Office tools. 
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car. 
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and well-organized.
