YY Vertical is a French brand specializing in climbing accessories (belay glasses, training, recovery) looking for an independent sales agent to grow its business across Italy.
Our ambition?
To become the global reference in supporting climbers through every key phase of their practice: warm-up, training, climbing, recovery, and climbing lifestyle.
Italy is a strategic market for us, showing strong growth over the past few years.
We are now looking to strengthen our presence with an independent sales agent, working exclusively on a commission basis, covering all of Italy.
You wont be working alone: youll join a supportive team of YY Vertical agents already operating across Europe, sharing information and best practices in a true team spirit.
Your Role:
Develop a portfolio of B2B clients (specialized shops, climbing gyms, distributors)
Manage and retain existing customers
Open new strategic retail accounts
Represent the brand at trade shows and events
Work closely with our commercial and marketing team

Profil requis
Profile:
Experience: Minimum 3 years managing retailer networks
Languages: Italian native speaker + fluent in French or English
Climbing: Personal practice or deep understanding of the climbing culture is essential
You have a complementary brand portfolio in the outdoor sector
You are autonomous, organized, and experienced in B2B sales
