Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling digital advertising campaigns and managing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.\

Key Responsibilities:\
\
• Research and identify potential new clients for content and video direct campaigns as well as programmatic video campaigns.\
\
• Acquisition of new online publishers, advertising customers and agencies.\
\
• Attend sales meetings and present products and services to potential customers.\
\
• Design and implement special sales promotions and services for each product or service we offer.\
\
• Coordinate with colleagues, partners and clients in the implementation of business strategies.\
\
• Monitor and analyze sales results and work on achieving set sales goals.\
\
• Analyze trends, demographics, data, billing strategies, and other information to efficiently approach clients and improve marketing and sales results.\
\
• Create weekly and monthly plans as well as regular reports, and present them to management.\
\
Requirements:
\
• 2+ years of professional experience in sales/management of digital advertising campaigns in a digital marketing or in a media agency.\
\
• Experience with B2B and enterprise sales.\
\
• Knowledge of SaaS environment.\
\
• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with potential and existing clients.\
\
• Ability to analyze sales and marketing data.\
\
• Native or advanced level of Italian language.\
\
• Resourcefulness in problem solving, collaboration and communication skills.\
\
• Ability to work in a team.
