The role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and service departments in China. Position Summary This position, in conjunction with the EU market team, is responsible for the overall coordination, management, and leadership of sales activities in assigned industries. Main applications include corporate events, concerts, festivals, public events, broadcasting rentals, virtual applications, mainly related to Rental and Staging LED product lines for rental projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement the company's strategy for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities, generating leads, and meeting or exceeding targets. Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to expand sales. Lead sales forecasting activities and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team. Participate in establishing annual industry business plans, including target customer development strategies. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Make daily business trips to develop activities, approach rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals, and coordinate with distributors by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Stay informed about new products, services, and general information relevant to customers. Gather feedback through field activities and relay it to HQ, including product, marketing, sales, and service insights. Prepare monthly industry situation reports and quarterly updates. Manage communication with customers and headquarters during project implementation. Other Duties and Responsibilities Host customer visits to the China HQ. Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows. Coordinate with the EU sales team. Perform other duties as required or assigned. Required Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. At least 5 years in industrial product B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in the AV industry. Over 3 years of experience in projects related to the markets for this role, with responsibilities in sales, marketing, or product management. Specialized Knowledge/Skills Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Excellent client orientation, problem-solving, and product delivery skills. Ability to perform and maintain high performance in high-pressure environments. Language Skills: Fluent written and verbal skills in German, English, Dutch, or Italian.
