Training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesWork with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.Research and develop new customers and new business segments.Develop account strategies and execute business plans.Handle customer issues effectively.Meet sales targets (booking/Billing).Collect and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the relevant product teams.Collaborate with regional or global teams to achieve objectives.Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.Education Background / MajorBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.Ideal Experience2-4 years of sales or account management experience with a proven record of exceeding quotas.Ideal KnowledgeUnderstanding of the semiconductor industry and experience with semiconductor products.Abilities / QualitiesProven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, and ability to identify new business opportunities.Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within Europe.Skills / CertificationsFluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
