💼 What You’ll Do
* Build and grow distribution networks across South Europe for solar inverters, battery storage, and hybrid systems.
* Identify, recruit, and manage local partners, EPCs, and system integrators.
* Deliver on sales targets and expand our market presence.
* Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities to shape strategy.
* Work closely with technical support and marketing teams to ensure partner success.
* Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
* Report on sales performance and provide market feedback to HQ.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business.
* 3+ years’ experience in channel/distribution sales in the solar or energy storage sector.
* Proven track record in B2B sales & partner management.
* Strong understanding of European renewable energy ecosystem.
* Excellent communication skills in English & Italian.
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for green energy 🌱.
