The Paperplane Workshop is an Italian design-to-production consultancy for footwear, apparel, and accessories.
We partner with international brands across design, development, sourcing, and production, turning ideas into finished products.
We're looking for aBusiness Developerto grow our client portfolio in Europe and the US.
Someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals in the fashion & footwear space.
What you'll do
Identify and approach new brand partners
Build long-term relationships with design directors, sourcing managers, and founders
Represent us at trade shows, events, and client meetings
Shape proposals and service offers with the CEO
Hand over projects seamlessly to our design & ops team
What we're looking for
Proven experience in business development / sales infashion, footwear, or consumer goods
Strong network of industry contacts (Europe/US)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset — a self-starter who loves creating opportunities
Fluent in English (Italian is a plus)
