Position: Senior Growth Marketing Manager — responsible for all growth marketing initiatives for Musixmatch Pro. You will drive growth strategy by developing innovative approaches to improve the customer journey and business metrics, focusing on attracting new users, retaining existing ones, and increasing customer lifetime value. You will create and oversee marketing programs aimed at user acquisition, activation, retention, and feature adoption, as well as exploring new marketing channels to foster growth throughout the customer lifecycle. Collaborating closely with engineers, developers, analysts, product managers, and designers, you will optimize the customer journey, identify growth opportunities, and develop a robust marketing growth model. What you will do: Develop and manage marketing initiatives focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention (e.g., campaigns, referral programs, content marketing). Set and ensure achievement of KPIs related to growth metrics such as activation, acquisition, conversion, retention, referrals, and revenue. Track key metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies. Identify new revenue opportunities and the most effective outreach channels. Apply behavioral psychology techniques to improve conversion rates and boost sales. Monitor and evaluate the impact of growth initiatives and metrics optimization efforts. Work with leadership to implement growth plans swiftly and effectively. Requirements: Passion for digital products, quality, and customer service. Proven experience in Marketing, Data, or Product Management, collaborating with Growth, Engineering, and Product teams. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach, ideally with a STEM degree or similar qualification. Expertise in analyzing and optimizing marketing and growth initiatives through quantitative methods. Deep understanding of testing methodologies (A/B, multivariate, usability, incrementality) and data visualization techniques.
