We support clients at every stage of the manufacturing lifecycle — from design and prototype development to production, assembly, type approval and project certification — helping them mitigate risk and ensure compliance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pbInside Sales Executive /b – you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads, developing new business opportunities and managing a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed targets. /p pbSales Performance Target Delivery /b /p ul liAchieve and exceed annual sales targets aligned with business priorities /li liDevelop and execute clear action plans to drive consistent performance /li liDeliver agreed KPIs through a balanced mix of lead conversion, outbound activity and pipeline management /li /ul pbLead Management Conversion /b /p ul liManage marketing-generated leads in a timely and professional manner /li liConduct effective discovery conversations to understand client needs /li liConvert opportunities at or above agreed conversion rates /li /ul pbPipeline Development /b /p ul liProactively build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and follow-ups /liliEnsure sufficient value at every stage of the pipeline /li liTake corrective action where gaps or shortfalls are identified /li /ul pbQuotation Proposal Management /b /p ul liPrepare, manage and follow up on quotations and proposals /li liApply pricing models effectively to achieve required margins /li liDrive opportunities through to successful contract closure /li /ul pbCRM Reporting /b /p ul liMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and CRM systems /li liRecord all client interactions, proposals and follow-up actions /li liProvide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports /li /ul pbCollaboration Stakeholder Management /b /p ul liWork closely with Marketing, Service Delivery and Sales colleagues /li liEnsure seamless handover of new business contracts /li liEscalate risks or issues promptly to protect client experience /li /ul h3Essential /h3 pbSkills Experience /b /p ul liProven track record in B2B or B2C sales /li liConsistent achievement of sales targets /li liStrong pipeline development and lead conversion experience /li liExperience preparing quotations, bids and proposals /li liCommercial awareness and margin management /li liStrong communication and active listening skills /li liAbility to prioritise and work independently /li liProficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and standard IT tools /li /ul h3Desirable /h3 ul liExperience presenting proposals to senior stakeholders /li liKnowledge of the Inspection Services sector /li /ul h3What Success Looks Like /h3 ul liConsistently achieving or exceeding sales targets /li liMaintaining a robust, value-driven pipeline /li liHigh lead conversion rates /li liAccurate forecasting and CRM discipline /li liStrong collaboration across internal teams /li /ul h3Our Values /h3 ul liExpertise – Leveraging deep knowledge while continuously improving /li liIntegrity – Doing what is right, always /li liAmbition – Combining innovation and expertise to lead our industry /li liVision – Preparing clients for a safer, more sustainable future /li liTogetherness – Achieving more through collaboration and inclusion /li /ul h3Diversity and Inclusion at LRQA /h3 pWe are on a mission to be the place where we all want to work and we are passionate about embracing different perspectives because we understand the value this brings to our business, our clients and each other.
