Your mission
Support the sales and promotion of XCMG earthmoving equipment within the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual commercial targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealers to support sales activities, marketing initiatives, and customer engagementCollaborate with the technical team to assist in organizing product demonstrations and training sessions for dealers and end customersMaintain regular contact with key customers and major rental companies to understand their needs and support ongoing business opportunitiesCollect and report information on market trends, competitor activities, dealer performance, and customer feedback to support commercial decisions
Your profile
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent proven experience in the earthmoving industry3-5 years of experience in sales roles within construction equipment, earthmoving machinery, or related industrial sectorsFluent in Italian and English, both spoken and writtenStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSolid market awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and support customers effectivelyWillingness to travel across Italy and occasionally abroad
