Objectives:
* Negotiate with existing customers and prospect new clients in Italy, collaborating closely with the company's management.
* Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients.
* Provide offers and quotes to current and potential customers.
* Report to the Sales Director Europe.
Main Activities:
* Develop sales strategies for the company's products.
* Gather information necessary for preparing sales contracts.
* Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
* Seek new business opportunities, especially regarding Polyamide compounds.
* Negotiate sales terms with management's approval.
* Manage customer rates and records.
* Coordinate sample and test requests for the laboratory.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Ensure contracts and sales volumes are properly managed.
* Identify and manage customer and financial risks, as well as delivery issues.
* Act as a liaison between customers and various company departments.
* Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
* Report on sales activities and customer interactions during meetings.
Your profile:
* Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques.
* Knowledge of company's technical products and advantages.
* Experience in the plastics industry, especially injection moulding, with successful account management.
* Analytical mindset adaptable to market changes.
* Strong decision-making skills to address customer issues.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication.
* Good time management and prioritization skills, proactive attitude.
* Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
