Your role:
Working alongside Bercella's Automotive & Motorsport Sales Manager, you will manage OEMs, racing teams, Tier 1 suppliers, and high‐performance vehicle manufacturers requiring structural composite solutions. This is a market where technical expertise opens doors that pure commercial skills alone cannot.
Key responsibilities
- Development and management of the client portfolio in the A&M segment (OEMs, racing teams, Tier 1 suppliers)
- Translation of customer technical requirements into commercial specifications, liaising with engineering and production teams
- Support in drafting technical proposals and RFPs
- Pipeline monitoring
- Attendance at industry trade shows and events
Technical requirements — the core of this role
- Knowledge of composite materials
- Understanding of automotive applications: mechanical requirements, quality standards, trade‐offs between different processes
- Experience in the Automotive or Motorsport industries, in either a commercial or technical role
- Ability to read technical drawings and collaborate effectively with engineering departments
- Fluent technical English — most documentation is in English
