Experteer Overview
In this role you partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply and Business Development in Milan to unlock market opportunities and shape strategic frameworks. You'll drive data-driven decisions, optimize sales force effectiveness, and design go-to-market models across OTC, Prescription, Hospital and Generics. You'll align strategic planning with field execution and contribute to a culture of data-driven insights. - Support accurate forecasting, scenario planning and market opportunity assessments for financial planning
- Act as a strategic advisor enabling data-driven decisions and clear business direction
- Drive data-driven discussions by linking sales, patient flows, and distribution data to actionable insights
- Own Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) operations, including KPI monitoring, territory design and call plan optimization
- Design and optimize the commercial Go-to-Market model, including territory alignment, customer segmentation and multi-channel strategy
- Contribute to sales force incentive design and evolve CRM platforms (Veeva/OCE) from an SFE user perspective
- Enhance segmentation and Account Planning through insightful analysis and continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment between strategic planning and field execution to deploy commercial tactics
Responsabilità
- Bachelor or Master in Economics or Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 4 years in Business Analysis or similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Solid understanding of prescription medicine and familiarity with pharmaceutical market data sources
- Strong analytical capabilities with forecasting, business modeling and data interpretation
