Area Manager Italy
Seeking a driven leader to oversee and grow our 8-store network in Italy !
We are looking for a committed profile to oversee our network of 8 stores in Italy.
Working closely with Anna Sialelli, our Retail Director and the Head of Retail, you will act as the brand ambassador in these key markets.
Support the teams in the field through regular store visits, ensure operational excellence in stores, and identify the main drivers of commercial growth, working across three main areas:
* Organize regular visits across the assigned store network to monitor key points and ensure proper operational performance
* Implement any actions useful for developing sales in close collaboration with the Retail Management team and headquarters
* Apply the brand's commercial strategy defined by the Retail Management
* Analyze the commercial performance indicators of your network to identify opportunities and develop overall store revenue
* Participate in potential store openings
2) Product Leadership (with the support of the CAMP)
* Ensure compliance with and understanding of visual merchandising guidelines
* Prepare monthly reports on store activity
* Support teams through training: storytelling, product knowledge, sales techniques, and visual merchandising
* Inform the network and ensure full understanding of the information communicated
3) HR Leadership and Management
* Supervise and coordinate recruitment processes while supporting teams in the field
* Train and follow up with store managers, assistant managers, and sales teams
* Encourage the use of digital tools in stores to improve daily operations
* Monitor and work on optimizing payroll costs across the network
* Optimize schedules in compliance with labor legislation
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the performance of the network.
You have at least 5 years of successful experience managing a retail network in Italy.
Organized, results-oriented, and with a strong presence in the field, you demonstrate a genuine commercial mindset.
As a hands-on manager, you know how to unite your teams through listening, leading by example, and your energy.
At all times, you represent the image and the guidelines of American Vintage.
Excellent proficiency in Italian and English is essential.
The position is preferably based in one of the following cities or in the surrounding area: Bologna, Venice, Verona, Forte dei Marmi, Rome, Turin, Florence, or Milan.
