We are a Spanish pharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and marketing of small molecules and biological medical products. We also market licensed pharmaceutical products, imaging contrast agents, and other hospital-use products, as well as OTC pharmaceuticals, through our specialized sales team of more than 260 professionals who promote the products with medical specialists in hospitals and pharmacies.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve established sales targets.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize performance in the assigned region.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.
* Analyze the market and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and development.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Manage the regional budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
* Ensure that all sales and operational activities comply with company regulations and policies.
Requirements
* +5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or related scientific fields.
* Strong scientific and medical knowledge, particularly in psychiatry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a designated territory.
* Ideally based in Emilia Romagna/Toscana.
