In this
**Key Account Manager (KAM) **role you will manage in the Fashion Retail BU one of our most important client.
Your
**activities** will be:
- Increase business, exploring new opportunities and developing new projects;
- Influence commercial strategy in cooperation with BD dept.;
- Manage and increase client retention;
- Develop new business from existing client;
- Maintains effective relationships with customers;
- Develops / Delivers high quality / innovative products, services or solutions;
- Focuses on customer needs and gains their commitment
- Ensures strategies / plans are aligned with customer need
- Develops strategies / plans aligned to broader organizational strategy
- Communicates strategy
- Manage commercial tools (BCA, SalesForce, CXM, etc.);
**What we need from you**:
- Knowledge of logistic Industry
- At least 10 years of experience in Sales role
- Effective communication skills / interpersonal understanding
- Negotiation skills
- Customer orientation
- Achievement drive and initiative
- Excellent business / commercial acumen
- Business and market know-how
- Languages: Italian (native); Spanish (fluent) English (fluent)
