Position Summary This role involves coordinating and leading sales activities within specific European markets, focusing on industries such as corporate events, concerts, festivals, public events, broadcasting, virtual applications, mainly related to Rental and Staging LED product lines for rental projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and generating leads. Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships to expand sales. Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team. Participate in establishing annual industry business plans and target customer development strategies. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Travel regularly to engage with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and distributors, establishing sales territories and goals. Stay informed about new products and industry trends. Gather and relay feedback from the field to headquarters. Prepare monthly and quarterly industry reports. Manage communication with customers and headquarters during project implementation. Other Duties and Responsibilities Host customer visits to China headquarters. Participate in marketing events like seminars and trade shows. Coordinate with the HQ sales team for the EU market. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. At least 5 years in B2B sales & marketing or project management, preferably in the AV industry. Minimum of 3 years’ experience related to the markets for this role, with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities. Specialized Knowledge/Skills Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Customer-oriented problem-solving skills. Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.
