These core values are the foundation of our organization which our employees embrace in their interactions with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders, to drive financial performance and create a rewarding work environment. /p h3bWho are we looking for? /b /h3 pWe are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager (technical support and sales) who will work primarily in Northern and Central Italy for the production printed circuit boards and connectors sector. The Account Manager will support the Business Manager in the operational area, providing the best technical, service and sales solutions and developing long-term partnerships. /p h3bWhat will you be doing? /b /h3 ul liServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters including technical support. /li liBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. /li liNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. /li liDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. /li liEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. /li liClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. /li liDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. /li liForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). /li liPrepare reports on account status. /li liCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory /li liAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. /li liResponsible for identifying new prospects in their territory and opportunities within existing accounts using an ATLAS (Salesforce) driven approach and structure. /li /ul h3bWho are You? /b /h3 pExperience in a similar technical and sales role, ideally with the PCB and connectors manufacturing product range. Experience in the PCB industry. /p pThis is an outside sales position. Travel is required. /p h3bWhat competencies will you need? /b /h3 ul liStrong ability to build relationships and leverage customer and internal relationships. /li liPossess a professional, positive attitude and be a good team player. /li liExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. /li liStrong verbal and written communication skills in English. /li /ul h3bWe are Offering... /b /h3 pYou will be employed with the National Contract of Chemists (CCNL Chimico) with the possibility to subscribe to the related Health and Pension funds (FASCHIM and FONCHIM). /p pAs part of our team here you will receive a competitive base salary, you will participate in a generous performance related bonus scheme, as well as a yearly welfare plan. /p pYou will receive a company car, a mobile phone and a laptop computer and you will access the company canteen. /p pWorking time: 38 hours/week.
