We are a historic leading player in the production and distribution of products and solutions for the building materials sector, part of a large Italian industrial group with a global presence. Our market approach targets both building material retailers, installation companies, and designers. We are looking for:
The selected candidate, reporting directly to the Sales Director, will oversee and develop business in the assigned area. Specifically, the candidate will manage relationships with existing clients, including retailers, installation companies, construction firms, roofing specialists, and design studios, engaging in marketing activities to promote products and the company brand. The role involves identifying the best solutions for clients, actively proposing our products with supporting information, and acting as a link between market demands and the technical office. The candidate will also benefit from a network of multi-agent sales representatives in the area. Additionally, market analysis and scouting activities will be required to identify new potential clients.
The candidate will receive training from the internal team and will benefit from the support of a historic, solid company with a strong brand identity.
Previous experience in the construction industry and/or in sales of building materials is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop the company's business within the designated geographic area;
* Manage and develop the client portfolio;
* Support and collaborate with the sales network (external agencies);
* Provide technical support to clients during pre- and post-sales phases;
* Conduct market analysis and scouting activities;
* Hold a diploma as a surveyor or equivalent qualification;
* Willingness to travel within the reference area;
* At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar role is preferred;
* Previous experience in markets related to roofing and insulation is advantageous.
