Description and Requirements
The success of OEM in EMEA, an emerging business venture for Lenovo, is founded on trust to deliver on what has been promised. As an inside seller you will need to be able to build that trust and the strong customer relations over the phone. You need to be enthusiastic, dynamic, and someone who can achieve goals through collaboration;
you need to be persuasive without the vantaggi of face to face contact. You will have the desire and the personality to reach high performance goals and be able to configure, price, negotiate and quote solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone. You will provide weekly forecast and opportunity management..
You will report to the EMEA Inside Sales Manager for OEM, but will work closely with OEM field sales specialists, and other sales team exploit the business opportunities you and they identify. The scope of this role is South EMEA region (Italy/Iberia/META).
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Identify, qualify and win new and incremental business opportunities to sell Lenovo’s capabilities and offerings
- Create 200%+ pipeline per Quarter and maintain and update weekly into Lenovo tools
- Identify and secure cross selling and up selling opportunities
- Actively participate in sales initiatives and marketing campaigns and update tools and systems on a weekly/daily basis
- Proactively inform customers of new products and roadmaps proposing upgrades and transition paths as appropriate.
- Produce accurate account plans, sales forecasts and ensure sales activity is tracked using the required reporting tools on a daily and weekly basis
- Maintain and leverage customer and business partner relationships and maximize customer satisfaction
- Liaise with sales support teams and co-ordinate customer issues
- Work closely with business partners, create relationship, develop and drive proactive approach into assigned accounts
Requirements :
- At least 3 years of experience in sales in a similar position within the IT industry
- Ability to work on cross departments/cultural assignments
- Passion for IT technology and supporting customers
- Honest, responsive, and cooperative attitude
- Fluent in Italian in addition to fluent English (Spanish will be a +)
- You are detail oriented and enjoy working with data
