Experteer Overview
In this role you drive growth for Mobility services by identifying opportunities and building a robust pipeline. You work closely with the Head of Sales & Business Development and Marketing to shape offerings and win strategic clients. You will lead market analyses and create compelling commercial proposals that address complex mobility challenges. This position offers the chance to influence innovation in automotive and transportation through cross‑functional collaboration.

* Analyze markets and competitors to identify new business opportunities
* Proactively build and report on a strong opportunity pipeline for Mobility
* Foster and manage relationships with current and prospective clients across services
* Develop detailed workplans and commercial offers

* Coordinate with R&D and Design teams to prepare comprehensive quotations and offerings
* Support cross‑functional teams to navigate innovation challenges in complex markets
Responsabilità
* 10+ years in commercial roles in high value‑added services
* Excellent organizational and project management skills with a track record in acquisition
* Proactive, independent, results‑oriented
* Willingness to travel internationally
* Fluent in English; second foreign language required (German a plus)
* Passion for Cars and Mobility
* Experience in automotive industry, preferably B2B
* Strong communication, networking, and client relationship skills
* Experience drafting and negotiating contractual T&Cs
* Interest in innovation, design, and new technologies
