About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join us on this growth journey in Italy. In this role you will take ownership of developing and selling AutoStore solutions across Italy, from spotting opportunities and building relationships to leading complex sales projects through to closing. You will work from our Milan office and will be allowed to work smart across Italy while conducting customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sell AutoStore solutions across Italy.
• Spot opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.
• Lead complex sales projects through the full sales cycle to closing.
• Manage sales activities and keep everything on track using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Travel across Italy and stay overnight when necessary to build and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• A solid track record in sales within intralogistics, ideally with experience in automation.
• The confidence to manage the full sales cycle and lead complex projects from start to finish.
• Native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in English to connect across international teams.
• A background in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Hands‐on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Flexibility to travel and stay overnight when needed.
