This role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the manufacturing sector, with a focus on parts manufacturing for customers in automotive, healthcare, OEM, and aerospace industries.
About the Role
* Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth in the Italian manufacturing market.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the Italian industrial landscape.
* Driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Requirements
* Direct experience within the parts manufacturing sector, serving customers in automotive, healthcare, OEM, and/or aerospace industries.
* In-depth knowledge of the Italian market and business landscape.
* Fluency in both Italian and English.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely.
* Experience with on-demand manufacturing solutions is a plus.
* Risk appetite and strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
