Commission program: $35,000 annually based on performance. Role Summary As a Regional Sales Manager (Control), you’ll be the driving force behind expanding Nice’s presence in your assigned region. You’ll build lasting relationships with direct dealers and distributors, showcase our cutting-edge product portfolio, and exceed sales targets with your strategic vision and dynamic approach. We are hiring two Regional Sales Managers to lead business development and manage key accounts in two distinct territories. This is a field-based role with regular travel throughout the assigned region. Primary Responsibilities Develop and execute bold sales strategies to achieve corporate goals and expand Nice’s market share in Nice Home Management, Nice Audio, Nice Power, and Nice Sun Shades. Forecast sales, set ambitious performance goals, and leverage market analysis to uncover customer needs and opportunities. Forge strong relationships with direct dealers, distributors, and key clients, delivering compelling sales presentations and negotiating high-impact deals. Provide hands-on sales and technical training to customers and manufacturing rep partners, ensuring they’re equipped to champion Nice products. Spearhead channel development, optimize territory distribution, and advise on cutting-edge sales and advertising techniques. Represent Nice at trade shows, captivating audiences with our innovative solutions and building brand excitement. Monitor competitor activities, provide actionable competitive intelligence, and contribute fresh product ideas to keep Nice at the forefront of the industry. Oversee budgets, analyze sales data, and prepare insightful reports to fuel strategic growth. Partner with Regional Technical Specialists to deliver advanced technical support and training, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Tackle project-based assignments with creativity and drive to support Nice’s mission. Qualifications 5–7 years of proven success in channel sales management (rep groups, distributors, accounts) in the Security, Access Control, or Custom Installation space. Experience with large national retailers (e.g., Best Buy) is a plus. Security and/or CEDIA experience preferred, with a keen interest in consumer electronics and smart home technology. Intermediate to advanced skills in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and ideally ERP systems like NetSuite. Exceptional ability to formulate sales growth strategies, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Comfortable calculating discounts, commissions, percentages, and sales multipliers to maximize profitability. Outstanding organizational, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a knack for delivering exceptional client service. Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and adept at leveraging systems to streamline sales processes. A track record of smashing sales targets and thriving in a results-oriented environment. Strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail to keep projects on track and budgets in check. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to multi-task, set project priorities, and establish goals and objectives for self. Computer literacy, including intermediate Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.). Proven ability to meet sales goals and excel in a goal-driven environment. Exceptional negotiation, motivational, relationship-building, and client service skills. Strong attention to detail; positive attitude, self-motivated and eager to succeed. Physical Requirements Travel up to 70% domestically to connect with clients, attend trade shows, and drive regional success. Light to moderate lifting.
