Regional Business Development Manager
to lead growth in the European market.
Your Mission You'll play a key role in building our EVSE business across Italy, with a dual focus on B2B and B2C development.
Backed by MSI's strong R&D; investment and global reputation, you will shape go-to-market strategies, drive regional partnerships, and be the voice of the customer in product development.
Key Responsibilities Drive Growth
: Identify new opportunities and accelerate channel development in the EVSE segment.
Build Relationships
: Engage with stakeholders, manage key accounts, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Present Solutions
: Deliver compelling demos of MSI's hardware/software EVSE portfolio.
Lead Proposals
: Collaborate with HQ to prepare successful RFP submissions and customer deliverables.
Bridge Market and R&D;
: Collect and share customer feedback to enhance our technology and offerings.
What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in
Technical Sales
or
Business Development
.
Proven track record in launching new solutions or building business in emerging sectors.
Strong analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English; other EU languages are a plus.
Based in or willing to relocate to Italy Availability to travel across the region.
