Your responsibilities:
* Implement the commercial policy for professional lighting
* Support agency work and build regional coverage
* Collaborate with the Country Manager and Head of Sales to expand business
* Identify and develop new customers (installers, contracts, end users)
* Develop projects and report via Salesforce
* Conduct training for agencies and customers on the BLE system
* Gather market data and communicate with marketing
* Achieve targets and meet budgets
* Manage internal relationships across channels and departments
