What You'll Do - Reporting to the Planning Manager (Fashion) you will: - Partner with Buying to analyze business and develop short and mid-term strategic plans for your Brands portfolio- Build the on-air/off air sales plan to reach productivity maximization- Monitor and review sales performance- Maintain category margin requirements and find opportunities to increase it when possible- Manage and action overall inventory to assigned goal - Daily tasks: - Strategize items to maximize selling exposures on all the QVC platforms- Identify opportunities including pricing promo, installment payments and free shipping- Quick react to daily/monthly trends- Identify lines to re-order and propose quantities for key lines, being responsible for developing strategies for the entire life cycle to ensure sales are maximized on each line- Identify and action markdown and liquidation inventory, ensuring that the correct status, pricing and liquidation strategy is applied following QVC's guidelines - High-level deliverables: - Manage the OTB-Open to Buy process forecasting with high accuracy sales and inventory level- Build and explore/understand reports to get insights in order to update Brand/product strategy during the year- Identify opportunities within category assortment based on sales trends and gaps in the inventory - What You'll Bring- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (mandatory)- Good Office suite knowledge with Excel strong expertise- Strong analytical skills- Fluency in Italian and English is a must- Experience of being responsible for a product area and stock management (preferred)- Ability to work in a very collaborative "live commercial" environment (preferred)- Ability to take risks constantly learning and improving- Good empathy, curiosity and entrepreneurship mindset - INDIT - LI-Hybrid - LI-DM1 Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
