Location: Rome, Italy – Permanent contract. The role reports to the Head of Business Development & Sustainability and is based in the Supply & Energy Management division.

What You Will Do
Green Power PPAs : From onboarding to deal signature, including structuring, client relationship management, negotiations, internal governance, and validation of opportunities in the Italian market.
Cooperate with the downstream sales team to structure and draft downstream PPA offers.
BESS/Flex Tolling : From onboarding to deal signature, managing client relationships and negotiating terms for BESS tolling and flexibility optimisation.
Hybrid PPA (PV, Wind, BESS) : Develop 24/7 solutions for mature clients and data‐centres.
Originise and implement risk‐management solutions to support the growth of the S&EM renewable and BESS portfolio in Italy.
Understand pricing methodologies and model development in close collaboration with the power portfolio and pricing teams.
Track legislative and market structural changes that impact the Italian green‐power and flexibility business.
Provide technical market knowledge and commercial support to ensure proper contract implementation and coordination with stakeholders.
About You
More than 10 years of experience in the energy market and a proven record in origination and structured green‐PPA deals.
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, finance, etc.).
Solid knowledge of the Italian power system, markets and regulatory context.
Knowledge of pricing models, risk metrics, physical and financial energy products, and contracts (PPA, tolling, etc.) and master agreements.
Commercial and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Result‐oriented, hands‐on approach, and ability to manage multiple workflows.
Reliable, rigorous and detail‐oriented.
Team player with strong cross‐functional collaboration and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Italian.
