We are looking for a Chef de Rang Room Service to join our In Room Dining team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He / she is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills.
He/She reports to In Room Dining Supervisor.
Main duties & responsibilities:
* Anticipate guests’ needs and handle guest complaints, providing an excellent and personalized guest room service experience in line with our service standards
* Supervise and manage F&B service in the room
* Personalize the in room bar offer
* Establish and maintain good relationships with all Guests and handle requests and enquiries
Requirements
* Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred
* Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment
* Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
* HACCP certification
