Job Location and Responsibilities
Based in northern Italy (Lombardia and/or Nord East), the Service Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling innovative services dedicated to end users in the Italian market. The role involves managing the service product portfolio through market analysis and strategic planning to ensure sales targets are met. Key products include digital services related to CNC, PLC, Industrial PC, motors and drives, factory automation, and HMI.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage machines or plants to improve energy efficiency and grow services such as assistance, maintenance, spare parts, and updates.
* Collaborate with marketing and offering teams to develop and communicate current offers and opportunities.
* Create tools, reports, and dashboards to evaluate sales trends against budgets, aiding management in forecasting.
* Develop influential skills and deep market knowledge, including competitor analysis.
* Achieve annual targets for the digital portfolio within Customer Service.
* Potential to become the commercial contact for the Center of Competence for Digitization and Industry 4.0.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
* Passionate and knowledgeable about technological innovation, Industry 4.0, IIoT, and Industrial Clouds.
* Experience in selling technical services in industrial automation, including machine control, electric motors, and drives.
* Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
* General knowledge of drive techniques, electric motors, motion control, and PLCs.
* Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally internationally.
* Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
* Target-oriented, proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented mindset.
* Ability to collaborate across functions and promote inclusiveness.
* Legal eligibility to work in Italy.
