Reporting to the Cluster Head, you will be responsible for developing revenue and profitability for Freight Forwarding activities in Italy, in close collaboration with France, Spain, and Yusen's global network. In this role, you will drive new business acquisition while ensuring the retention and growth of the existing customer portfolio. You will also provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and support the overall commercial strategy.YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :Develop Freight Forwarding business including B2B prospecting, lead qualification, and commercial pipeline growth.Manage and retain a client portfolio by offering customized solutions.Build and negotiate commercial offers in collaboration with procurement, pricing and operations teams, and participate in tenders.Drive cross-selling initiatives with other Business Units and promote vertical solutions and value-added services.Work closely with operations to optimize commercial strategy and provide insights on market trends.Monitor commercial performance including KPIs, CRM activity, and analysis of customer and trade lane results.Support the operational implementation of flows and SOPs with internal teams.Integrate financial considerations such as client solvency, pricing consistency, and potential involvement in collections.Contribute to quality and continuous improvement of internal processes and solutions.LOCATION : Italy (Milano area)BENEFITS :Compensation based on profile: fixed + variableCompany carMeal vouchersIncentive schemePossibility of remote work (maximum 2 days per week)YOUR PROFILE :Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B commercial role in transport or logistics.Strong knowledge of logistics and transport solutions, as well as maritime and airfreight offerings.Experience in Project Cargo will be considered an asset.Ability to build complex commercial proposals and present them clearly.Comfortable with CRM tools and managing a commercial pipeline.Professional English; Spanish and/o
