In the role of Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will be accountable for achieving sales objectives by effectively implementing the country business strategy. The RSM will also cultivate a culture of high-performance teams through strong leadership and leading Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists in the assigned area of Center-South Italy for Public and Private Hospitals. The business segment is the Advanced Wound Care which includes Negative Pressure Therapy and Advanced Wound Dressings. Your key duties and responsibilities: - Develop strong working relationships with both external and internal customers, leveraging internal relationships to establish regional strategies and build support to achieve goals - Determine how the region's tactical plans, goals, and objectives contribute to the business unit's results and supervise their execution - Proactively identifies key issues and delivers efficient responses to business development opportunities - Drive organizational change and coordinate a group of Commission Agents. - Create high performing sales team by hiring, training, and retaining high quality Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists - Provide ongoing coaching to improve work performance and develop skills and abilities where the ability in using CRM is key - Working directly with customers, opinion leaders, technical experts, and professional staff as well as broad exposure to the healthcare industry and its competitors Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business or related experience is required - Experience in commercial position of medical device industry - Previous experience in Wound Care business is a plus - Comprehensive understanding of Sales Training, Tender management, Marketing and Market Access - Ability to work with a range of diverse people, influencing them to get things done within tight deadlines is required - Coaching and mentoring skills Work location: Pioltello (Milano):Remote Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
