They will sell logistics solutions i.e. 3PL, LLP and general freight services in the country, large‑sized companies in the various sectors such as: chemical, life science, consumer products and retail industries. Candidates will be responsible for selling in the assigned country. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for leading new business outreach and meeting/exceeding goals. /li liEffectively deliver the Company story, value proposition, and products. /li liLead and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. /li liDrive new revenue and increase market share in a defined territory and industry. /li liManage and optimize the sales strategy implementing all aspects of the sales cycle. /li liDevelop long‑term strategic relationship with new and key customers. /li liMeet individual and PSA BDP’s KPIs and goals. /li liActively work together with operations team to optimize global operations in identifying and developing services and solutions. /li liTargeting leading Companies in multiple industry verticals (Chemical, Life Sciences Healthcare, Retail and Automotive). /li /ul h3Exemption Type /h3 pJob Requirements /p h3Generic Standards /h3 ul liExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and local language(s). /li liCultural adaptability and business knowledge. /li liDemonstrated coaching skills to effectively guide and elevate the sales team. /li liExcellent interpersonal, time management, presentation and people management skills. /li liHigh degree of integrity, with a compliant mindset. /li liAble to travel occasionally. /li /ul h3Functional Standards /h3 ul liSolid knowledge of logistics domestically and internationally. /li liSolid track record of creating revenue streams. /li liMicrosoft Office packages: PowerPoint, Word, Excel. /li liMust be a self‑initiator. /li /ul h3Qualifications / Experience /h3 ul liThe position requires tertiary qualification (commercial base essential). /li liCandidate should possess a university degree. /li li5 – 10 years of Sales experience in sales. /li liSignificant experience in logistics sales, supply chain management and/or experience in a chemical/life science/consumer products/retail company. /li liHas experience working within a matrixed environment. /li liFluency in English; fluency, proficiency in any other European language is a plus. /li liAn extensive customer network across the country market. /li liProven track record of meeting Company KPIs and objectives. /li liExperience with implementing Company‑wide sales strategies and clearly defining the sales process. /li liAbility to analyze and identify any sales pain points and put recommended fixes into action. /li liHistory of winning and retaining A, B and C level customers. /li liRunning/maintaining an accurate pipeline and monthly market forecast. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
