At Crea3D, we are looking for a Commercial Back Office Assistant to join the sales department, responsible for order entry and customer support.
Responsibilities
* Entry and management of sales orders through the company management system;
* Customer support during the product purchasing phases, preparation and sending of commercial offers;
* Management of incoming calls and forwarding them to the relevant departments;
* Assistance with orders, shipment status, and delivery times;
* Updating and maintaining commercial data and customer records;
* Collaboration with the logistics and purchasing departments to ensure proper order flow.
Requirements
* Diploma;
* Excellent knowledge of Office Package and main IT tools;
* Customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills;
* Predisposition for team work and compliance with operational procedures;
* Problem-solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail;
* Good command of the English language.
Contract type: To be evaluated based on experience
Working hours: Part time (MON – FRI | 09:00 – 13:00)
