Based in Milan, you will take on responsibility for providing support to the Payments Sales Managers to manage client relationships and drive sales. /p h3Job Summary /h3 pAs a Payments FIG Sales – Analyst within our dynamic sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Sales Managers in fostering client relationships and promoting sales. Your responsibilities will encompass the preparation of client research, pitching material, industry analysis, and project assignments. You will also review and analyze transactional data, providing a unique insight into the client's account structure, cash flow, product usage, and regional/global setup. Furthermore, you will coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with broader firm-wide interests and the clients' objectives. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Italian. bThis is a Fixed Term Contact for 12 months. /b /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport Sales team on sales pitch materials, prepare client research, industry analysis and project assignments. /li liPrepare client account plans, briefing memos, and portfolio management reporting. /li liAssist Sales team to ensure that clients are receiving agreed services. /li liReview and analyse transactional data to identify key trends, risks, pricing/billing inefficiencies. /li liSupport the team to manage the end-to-end sales cycle including pricing and fee billing set up. /li liUnderstand the client's account structure, cash flow, product usage and regional/global setup. /li liSupport Sales managers with preparation of proposals and material for internal approvals. /li liConduct research on existing client portfolios and prospective clients. Provide fundamental research on wallet and how to grow it. /li liBe part of the team to help with due diligence to understand transaction flows and identify associated risks, ensuring robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance processes. /li liContribute as the voice of the client in cross-functional partner engagement to ensure alignment with broader firm wide interests and the clients’ objectives. /li liDevelop both internal and client relationships with Sales team key stakeholders. /li /ul h3Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills /h3 ul liStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions. /li liAbility to mobilize internal networks and resources. /li liMust be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. /li liAspire to develop the necessary sales and technical skills to ultimately assume a Sales role. /li liResults oriented.
