Our development team designs the models which are then produced internally in our laboratory or in carefully selected external laboratories after years of experience. What we need We are in a growth phase, and we need to strengthen the team with a person dedicated to the administration of our e-commerce site. The person would work in our headquarter in Saronno, in the province of Varese and the main duties include: - back-end management of orders on a specific platform - back-end management of article uploading - customer care by interacting with our customers mainly by mail but also over the phone. - entering customer master data/article codes on the OS1 program - billing and shipping assistance on OS1 management software - payment management assistance on the related platforms The person should have the following characteristics: - Ability to work with precision and attention even under pressure: our customers are very demanding! - Good knowledge of written and spoken English - Good interpersonal skills - Good degree of flexibility: we are not a large company and in some cases, we have to help our colleagues in situations of need. - Previous e-commerce site administration experience is worthy - Interest in the automotive sector and or car models is worthy Why BBR Exclusive Car Models BBR is an excellence in its sector with customers all over the world and an important growth in recent years.
