Ph3What will be your mission? /h3 pAsbProperty Sales Manager (M/F) /b, you will report hierarchically to the Hotel General Manager and functionally to the Director of Sales in Italy. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liUnderstand the business strategy, positioning of the brand and the Minor Hotels group and effectively publicize this positioning in the market, projecting a professional image to maintain and improve the reputation of the brand; /li liDevelop business opportunities with a strong focus on international markets, Latin America, Middle East and Asia Pacific; /li liPutting into practice a multi-segment strategy that allows the optimization of results at different times of the year and positions the hotel within the luxury segment /li liStay up-to-date on rates and all hotel product and service offers; /li liConduct regular market analyzes in order to monitor competition and industry trends; /li liCarry out the correct monitoring, follow-up and management of the group segment on the property, ensuring the correct positioning, follow-up and follow-up of inspection visits, whenever necessary; /li liParticipate in the elaboration of the hotel's budget in terms of revenue /li liUnderstand the importance and priority of the Hotel's financial results and direct commercial efforts towards their fulfillment planning and prioritizing work to achieve goals and deadlines; /li liSupport the development of contacts with new customers and monitor their potential revenue; /li liCommit to your professional development, including the constant acquisition and improvement of knowledge in the financial, negotiation and sales areas, necessary for an effective performance of functions; /li liCarry out effective cost control, complying with internal procedures for approving expenses; /li liActively participate in promotional and commercial trips, inspection visits, roadshows, community events and sector meetings in order for Hotel to achieve the expected commercial results; /li liEstablish an effective connection with the hotel's operational teams, Front Office, Reservations and Events, providing support and information necessary to ensure compliance with all services and products sold to customers; /li liGenerate upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Minor Hotels products with customers; /li liMake business and commercial presentations, internally and externally, and be able to adapt them to the public/client; /li liPerform any other role-related duties as assigned. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liProfessional experience in the sales area of at least 3 years and knowledge of the Luxury travel segment /li liStrong network and knowledge within the international luxury markets with a focus in Latin America, Middle East and Asia Pacific. /li liStrong leadership skills and Excellent interpersonal skills; /li liPositive attitude, even in situations of stress and pressure; /li liStrong organizational capabilities, flexibility, adaptability and professional secrecy; /liliFocus on results, customer orientation, analytical and creative skills; /li liGood Communication/Persuasion and Negotiation Skills; /li liAvailability to travel nationally and internationally; /li liExcellent ability to create and maintain a customer base; /li liKnowledge of Italian, English (fluent in terms of speaking); /li liComputer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and specific applications for the commercial area, PMS and IT, Budget Management and Financial Management software. /li /ul h3Why choose us? /h3 pAtbMinor Hotels Europe Americas /b we are committed to shaping exciting careers worldwide and cross-cultural experiences.
