Headquartered in Turin, Italy, the company operates on intangible aspects through a global network of licensees who produce and distribute its products, and offers various services to its network, such as research, development, global marketing, and information technology. /p h3Who We're Looking For /h3 pFor the strengthening of our HR department, we are looking for a dedicated and highly organized bHR Administration Specialist /b to join our HR Administration team based in Turin. /p pThe resource will support the HR team by managing employee records, overseeing onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. /p pActing as a key point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures, this role will play an important part in maintaining efficient and well-organized HR operations. /p h3Key Responsabilities /h3 ul liOversee daily HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth and effective departmental operations; /li liImplement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency; /li liManage and mantain HR systems and databases; /li liOversee the onboarding process, ensuring completion of required documentation and training for new hires; /li liHandle employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, contract extensions, terminations, and variations; /li liDraft employment contracts and monitor key contractual deadlines, including internship activations and renewals; /li liSupport payroll operations by providing accurate employee data to ensure timely and correct payroll processing; /li liMaintain and update employee records (personal data, job details, compensation), ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations. /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required /h3 ul liDegree in Law, Labor Consultancy or related field; /li liProven experience in HR administration (2+ years); /li liKnowledge of labor laws and regulations; /li liKnowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); /li liExcellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills; /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; /li liAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. /li /ul pBasicNet is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.
