We have a rich history of engineering innovation, from the first market‐ready technology for high‐voltage busbars in 2012 to the first factory specialized in busbar manufacturing with high expandable capacity and high‐tech capabilities.This role focuses on managing all commercial aspects of the customer relationship—ensuring revenue targets are met, opportunities are maximized, and customer satisfaction remains high. The KAM acts as the primary commercial contact for customers, contributing to the broader IAS growth strategy.Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for assigned OEM and Tier 1 accountsDevelop and implement regional account strategies aligned with global sales objectivesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new leadsLead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, terms) in line with company guidelinesMonitor account performance, manage demand forecasting, and support sales planningEnsure timely resolution of commercial issues while fostering long‐term partnerships
Qualifications
Several years of experience in Key Account ManagementStrong negotiation and communication skillsStrategic mindset and analytical capabilitiesWillingness to travel and ability to work in an international environmentExcellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
