Key Account Manager EMEA (m/f/d)

This role focuses on managing all commercial aspects of the customer relationship—ensuring revenue targets are met, opportunities are maximized, and customer satisfaction remains high. The KAM acts as the primary commercial contact for customers, contributing to the broader IAS growth strategy.
Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for assigned OEM and Tier 1 accounts
Develop and implement regional account strategies aligned with global sales objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new leads
Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, terms) in line with company guidelines
Monitor account performance, manage demand forecasting, and support sales planning
Ensure timely resolution of commercial issues while fostering long‐term partnerships
Qualifications
Several years of experience in Key Account Management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strategic mindset and analytical capabilities
Willingness to travel and ability to work in an international environment
Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
