We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer, a full-time position that is remote from Italy .
* Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
* Serve as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, managing all technical communications and solution introductions.
* Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, establishing trust through your technical expertise and understanding of client needs.
* Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sale support.
* Train and interact with business partners to ensure understanding of EcoFlow's USPs.
* Gather feedback from clients and partners, working with R&D to improve products.
* Help partners customize solutions for commercial success based on your technical insights.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, with a preference for electrical engineering or electro-mechanical fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, preferably in the Residential Energy Storage industry.
* Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions.
* Passion for the industry, quick learner, and adaptable to rapid changes.
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
