Overview
An exciting opportunity is available to manage and grow a €20M+ business across Europe within the Aerospace & Defence sector. This role focuses on selling high-performance, market-leading power technologies through direct engagement with key customers while working closely with an established distribution partner network. You will play a key role within a European sales organisation, driving program development and supported sales of advanced power solutions into defence OEMs and their broader ecosystems. Working alongside channel partners, application engineers, and internal operations, you will act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor.
Responsibilities

Identify and qualify opportunities within assigned Tier-1 Aerospace & Defence customers
Develop deep knowledge of defence markets, customer applications, and buying ecosystems
Define and execute customer-specific growth strategies aligned with organisational strengths
Deliver initial presentations promoting A&D product capabilities and value propositions
Engage customers to understand technical needs and support tailored solution development
Coordinate technical support with field application engineers from pre-sales through post-sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution partners
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to support effective market positioning

Requirements

Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
Experience in account management or technical sales, including channel partners
Exposure to Aerospace & Defence customers in Europe
Technical background in power electronics / power conversion preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven with a proven sales track record
Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
Willing to travel extensively across Europe (up to 50%)
Full driving licence

This position requires the ability to understand complex customer requirements, position differentiated solutions, and actively manage opportunities through all stages of the sales process.
