WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
This function is located within a NSC and has the goal to develop new business opportunities in a defined product category, region, or for a defined customer range.
1. Actively develop the customer portfolio by identifying opportunities and supporting customers within the defined range to create projects, and follow them until completion to guarantee customer satisfaction.
2. Detect customer needs and develop solution approaches, and sales strategies by adapting existing products.
3. Conduct customer visits and provide technical advice and support on the system design.
4. Create awareness for PAPAEU products within the defined range, including the management of relevant internal and external stakeholders.
5. Support the Product Marketing by providing market information and knowledge. Create corresponding reports if required.
6. Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
7. Create a monthly forecast and reporting regarding project-acquisition, open projects, sales results and other relevant KPI’s.
8. Participate in trade fairs and events to support above described responsibilities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
9. Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience
10. 8 - years of relevant experience in the field
11. Experience in Business Development in B2B is essential
12. Experience in the field of project business (spec-in business) and in dealing with large customers and key accounts
13. Proficient understanding and know how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise
14. Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques
15. Understanding and applying principles of effective project management
16. Ability to apply financial or technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision
17. Understands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function
18. Very strong communication and negotiation skills
19. Excellent understanding of TCO and ROI to sell based around value
