The selected candidate will build and nurture relationships with architects, lighting designers, contractors, distribution partners and end clients, guiding them in the adoption of CoeLux solutions and actively contributing to the development of new business opportunities in the high-end lighting market.Key ResponsibilitiesAfter an initial period of technical and commercial training, the Junior Sales Account will:Support the sales team in managing the client portfolio and developing new commercial opportunitiesHandle commercial back-office activities, including offer preparation, order entry and customer follow-upUse the company CRM to update client data, track interactions and monitor sales opportunitiesPresent innovative lighting solutions to architecture studios, designers, contractors and resellersPrepare and maintain sales reports and documentationParticipate in industry trade fairs, events and client meetingsWhat CoeLux OffersComprehensive training on its products, the architectural lighting sector and the technologies behind its solutions, along with commercial skill development and sales methodologiesA clear professional growth path: from Junior Sales Account to roles such as Sales Specialist, and over time, positions with increased commercial responsibilityWho the Candidate Is / SkillsRecent graduate in Economics, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing or related fieldsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCuriosity for technology and a genuine interest in lighting, architecture and designLanguages: Italian and English (fluency in English is mandatory); knowledge of a third language is a plusProficiency in digital tools (Office, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM platforms is considered an advantageProactive attitude, results-oriented mindset and motivation to grow within a structured commercial roleWe welcome applications via email at admin@coelux.com.
