About the Role
We are looking for a Functional Consultant – Commercial & Order-to-Cash Transformation. In this role you will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable process and system solutions. You will work closely with the Global Business Process Owner and regional teams to design and implement standardized commercial and Order-to-Cash processes across the organization. You will operate in a truly global environment, collaborating with teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.\n
Main Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into functional process and system designs
- Advise on optimal use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality, focusing on standard (out‑of-the-box) capabilities
- Recommend appropriate modules and features based on business needs
- Challenge and refine process designs to align with system best practices
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and avoid customization
- Define functional solution designs and hand over to IT Solution Owners and Developers
- Support ERP implementation and ensure alignment with global standards
- Collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT
- Drive alignment across global and regional stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in functional consulting, ERP implementation, or business transformation
- Fluency in English (minimum B2+)
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with deep expertise in Sales and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules
- Proven experience designing solutions using out‑of‑the-box (OOTB) capabilities and system best practices
- Experience in international or multi‑entity environments
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality within the commercial and Order‑to‑Cash domain
- Strong expertise in Sales and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules
- Understanding of Finance modules is considered an advantage
- Strong understanding of how Dynamics integrates with CRM and eCommerce platforms
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system‑based solutions
- Ability to challenge requirements and promote standard‑first design
- Ability to advise on module selection and system design decisions within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
- Ability to balance global standardization with regional needs
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Strong communication skills to engage and align stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience in apparel, retail, or consumer goods
- Experience in large‑scale transformation programs
- Good understanding of Finance modules is a plus
